Meet Our Team

Started working with Terry on a consulting gig back in 2006. When the world blew up and no one wanted to buy furniture anymore, I took on a role in selling outdoor furniture…I mean who else would take a job selling custom made outdoor furniture to the Trade around 2007-2008 with absolutely no experience in selling to the Trade or selling custom made…anything? Fast forward to June 2022 - I bought out Terry so he could retire at the ripe young age of 78. In addition to owning and operating Terris Draheim Outdoor, I am still involved with officiating basketball, which I've been passionate about since 1979. Currently, I supervise and assign the officials for Women's College Basketball for the NWAC in three of the four division after spending 13 of my 29 year officiating career as a Division I Women's official, working in the Pac-12, West Coast, Big Sky, Big West and Western Athletic Conferences. Not that this is any type of accomplishment but just speaks to how old I really am, but I've worked basketball games in each of the last six decades!

My love of interior design began at the early age of two, and I haven’t looked back since. I have over twenty years of professional experience in showrooms, working with the high-end architecture and interior trades in Los Angeles and Seattle. I’m thrilled to have joined the wonderful team at Terris Draheim Outdoor, a great group of truly authentic and talented people who love what they do! On a personal note, I’m passionate about art, culture, nature, travel and kindness. I think all people deserve dignity and respect and that is an ethos that informs all I do.

Hailing from Southern Arizona, Hadleigh brought some of the sunshine with her to the Pacific Northwest. Her love for all things cozy and beautiful (and sittable!), paired with a passion for the outdoors, landed her right here in Portland, Oregon. A match made in heaven! Hadleigh has an interior design background with industry pioneers and local Portland brands alike.

My bookkeeping career began in 1997 and joined the Terris Draheim team as a bookkeeper in December of 2015. I hold a degree in Hotel/Restaurant Administration from Washington State University—Go Cougs! Outside of work, I enjoy walking my two sweet dogs every morning, rain or shine, for the past 14 years. I also love spending time by the ocean, listening to the water and watching the waves roll in. Growing up, I went on many kayaking, canoeing, hiking, and camping trips with my Dad and brothers in a 1967 blue Ford Van, which sparked an appreciation and respect for nature and the outdoors - although, it was always nice to come home to a nice warm bed and shower!
